At QuantEdge Metrics we offer digital products, including access to tools, indicators and educational content. Due to the digital and immediate nature of access to our services, the following conditions apply.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Non-use of the service
• Purchase error
• Lack of knowledge of how it works
• Unmet result expectations

2. Limited Exception

A refund may be considered only in the case of a verifiable technical failure in the data provided by the system that significantly affects the usefulness of the service.

To be considered:

• The user must report the issue within 7 days of purchase
• The team must be able to verify the failure
• The issue must not have been caused by external factors (user connection, incorrect configuration, third-party platforms)

3. Request Process

Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically
• It is the user's responsibility to cancel before the next billing cycle
• No refunds are issued for already processed renewals

5. Service Access

Upon completing the purchase, the user gains immediate access to the digital product, which implies the loss of the right of withdrawal in most applicable jurisdictions.

6. Final Decision

QuantEdge Metrics reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request in accordance with this policy.
